Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
Most of our products ship from our fulfillment partners in Hong Kong or the US, depending on stock and location. We're expanding fast.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to nearly every corner of the globe.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes up to 19 business days on average.
Why the wait? We produce in small, high-quality batches to avoid waste and overproduction. It takes longer, but it’s worth it.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If it’s been over 30 days since your order shipped, just email us at support@elocore.com. You’ll get a full refund, no questions asked.

Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Sometimes, depending on where you live. Customs fees are set by your local government and are out of our hands. We don’t charge anything extra on our end.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we move fast to get it out the door. Still not happy when it arrives? You’ve got 60 days to return it.

How do I return something?
Easy. Email us at support@elocore.com and we’ll walk you through it. Return shipping is on us if the issue is on us.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you. Send a photo and your order number to support@elocore.com and we’ll make it right, fast.

When do I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund in 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Within 1–3 business days. We don’t ship weekends or holidays, but we hustle the rest of the week.
